After a long decline in the housing and contruction markets due to the economic recession, it looks as if things might finally be back on the rise. Courtney Schlisserman of Bloomberg recently wrote that 'Builders broke ground on more U.S. homes in March than anticipated and took out permits at the fastest pace in more than a year'. This is certainly great news, as it means many workers will soon be able to return to their jobs, and the start of a rebounding economy.
