However, we are now finding it too difficult to accommodate the service needs of all parties, while keeping both customers and our staff healthy. Therefore, REMI Home Elevators, like many other local and regional elevator firms, has decided to use a national elevator service group, Wiltek Elevators, Inc, to maintain and service all REMI Home Elevator products from this point forward.

Wiltek is a pioneer in virtual home elevator diagnostics and they employ many well-trained, seasoned technicians. We feel that Wiltek’s ability to virtually service customers would bring much faster turn-around times with high quality results to our home elevator customers. Their digital diagnostics review is designed to save customers time and money when dealing with home elevator repairs that can become very costly when having a service tech come to your home. But don’t worry, they offer on-site services as well, when required.
